From my first uses, it seems top quality!
It's quiet and the neck support at the back is okay.
Good product
I am sorry but this neck fan is disappointing... at that price i expected something better. I read the reviews but i thought that some of them were just not objective. The built quality is surely very good but the truth is that the fan is very very noisy even on the 1st gear and it does not do a good job cooling you off at all. Unfortunately i am not going to use this, i will stick with the handheld fans i purchased 😔 😔 😔
